Brightcom Group to acquire undisclosed digital marketing services company

Brightcom Group said that it has signed a letter of intent for acquiring a digital marketing services company based in India for an undisclosed price.

The Hyderabad-based digital marketing company said that the firm it is acquiring has a workforce of over 1,100 employees and that its clients include Netflix, Expedia, Disney, Hulu, The New York Times, and Bitly.

Brightcom Group said that the details about the name of the target company are being kept confidential due to a confidentiality clause of the LOI.

The digital marketing company said that a definitive agreement will be signed once the confirmatory business, legal, and financial due diligence are completed.

Brightcom Group said that the acquisition is being taken up with the intent of bolstering its back-end to prepare itself for growth.
