The acquisition aligns with Black Box’s growth strategy, significantly extending its range of products and services. With the inclusion of GSN Australia, Black Box now offers an expanded assortment of Cloud Contact Center and Digital Experience solutions. This move bolsters its standing in the Trans-Tasman markets and allows the company to leverage the skills and expertise of its global customer base.
GSN Australia’s organizational structure includes a strong Sales, Marketing, and Service team, supported by deep domain service delivery expertise. This integration of teams and knowledge is expected to strengthen Black Box’s ability to deliver outstanding results for its customers.
