Black Box Limited (formerly AGC Networks), an IT solutions provider, has announced the completed acquisition of GSN through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Black Box Technologies Australia.

Known for integrating traditional and digital customer experience (CX) solutions, has a robust team in Australia and New Zealand dedicated to delivering exceptional results for customers.

The acquisition aligns with Black Box’s growth strategy, significantly extending its range of products and services. With the inclusion of GSN Australia, Black Box now offers an expanded assortment of Cloud Contact Center and Digital Experience solutions.
