Wipro to acquire Infor products integrator LeanSwift Solutions
Indian IT services provider Wipro has agreed to acquire LeanSwift Solutions, a Florida-based system integrator of Infor products for an undisclosed price.
LeanSwift Solutions’ capabilities include ERP, digital transformation, e-commerce, warehouse management systems, supply chain, integrations, and business intelligence.
The company maintains development offices in the US, Sweden, as well as India. Its clients are spread over various industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, distribution, food and beverages, and fashion.
LeanSwift Solutions is mainly engaged in offering consulting, technical services, and business solutions to customers in the Infor space.

According to Wipro, the acquisition is in line with its strategy to invest and grow its cloud transformation business via Wipro FullStride Cloud Services.
Through its capabilities in the consulting and implementation space, LeanSwift Solutions is expected to complement the Infor cloud practice of Wipro apart from establishing the Indian IT firm as a major player in the Infor industry cloud services.
The combined entity is expected to give an edge to Wipro in important transformation deals, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, by combining Infor CloudSuite and wider cloud-native digital capabilities.

Wipro acquisition of LeanSwift Solutions, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is anticipated to close by the end of the quarter ending 31 March 2022.
