BCPL Railway Infrastructure energizes 289TKM electrified railway tracks

BCPL Railway Infrastructure said that it has energized electrified railway tracks of nearly 289.5 Track Kilo meter (TKM) during the financial year 2020-21, at multiple railway zones in India.

Formerly known as Bapi Construction Electrical Engineeering, the company said that its work has helped in running of trains with electric traction. This will bring down pollution and also India’s dependence on imports of fossil fuels, said the rail infrastructure company.

The business activities of BCPL Railway Infrastructure include designing, drawing, supplying, installation, and commissioning of 25KV, 50Hz Single Phase Traction Overhead Equipment.
