Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Canada-based Insight Insurance & Risk Management
Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Canadian retail insurance broker Insight Insurance & Risk Management for an undisclosed price.
Established in 2013, Insight Insurance & Risk Management, which is based in Edmonton, Alberta, caters to clients across Western Canada. The retail insurance broker is said to have a diverse client base and it provides expertise particularly in serving the construction, real estate, sports, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
According to Arthur J. Gallagher, Alexis Harke and her team will continue to operate from their present location. They will be reporting to Kevin Neiles, President of Arthur J. Gallagher Western Canada retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
