Thurston Group’s portfolio company, ARC Health, has announced the acquisition of Mindsoother Therapy Center, a prominent mental health practice based in Livingston, New Jersey. This move signifies a significant expansion of ARC Health’s behavioral healthcare services in the region.
Founded in 2011 by Danna Markson, LCSW, Mindsoother Therapy Center has been a cornerstone in providing individual, family, and group therapy services. Specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindsoother has addressed various mental health issues like eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more.
