AIT Worldwide Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, has reached a crucial milestone with a binding purchase agreement to acquire Lubbers Logistics Group. Lubbers, with its headquarters in Schoonebeek, Netherlands, brings over a century of experience in providing premier transportation solutions, specializing in road transport, project cargo, and global freight forwarding. The company’s extensive network, comprising 377 employees, nine road transport hubs, and nine freight locations, strengthens AIT’s European presence.

The acquisition will add 18 new offices to AIT’s already extensive network, spanning more than 125 locations globally. This expansion introduces AIT to four new countries: Denmark, Norway, Romania, and Turkey, and strengthens its presence in Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
