Accenture acquires Oracle Cloud specialist firm Inspirage

Accenture said that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of Inspirage, a Washington-based Oracle Cloud specialist firm.

Inspirage, which has an emphasis on supply chain management, is expected to further boost the Oracle Cloud capabilities of Accenture. Besides, it will help Accenture expedite innovation for clients with emerging technologies like digital twins and touchless supply chain.

The deal was announced in September 2022 and its financial terms were not revealed.

According to Accenture, nearly 736 employees of Inspirage join the Accenture Oracle Business Group, to further strengthen its Oracle supply chain skills and broaden its capabilities to help product-centric clients develop supply chain networks that are interconnected, intelligent, as well as innovative.
