Pearce Renewables, a branch of Pearce Services, announced its strategic acquisition of San Francisco Bay Area-based Natron Resources Inc. for an undisclosed price.
Renowned as a prominent figure in the design and engineering realm for solar photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, the inclusion of Natron Resources reinforces Pearce’s engineering prowess in the renewable energy generation sector.
Established in 2008, Natron Resources is synonymous with its comprehensive suite of electrical, civil, and structural engineering services tailored for the renewable energy sector and commercial clienteles. With professional engineering licenses spanning across the nation, the company’s hallmark lies in its innovative project designs which align seamlessly with client financial and scheduling parameters.
