XDuce acquires majority stake in IT staffing services provider SANS Consulting

XDuce acquisition of : Global technology services partner has acquired a majority stake in -based IT staffing services provider SANS Consulting for an undisclosed price.

SANS Consulting, which is specialized in banking and financial services, is expected to further bolster XDuce’s presence and ability to offer IT services to clients.

Commenting on XDuce acquisition of SANS Consulting, – President of SANS Consulting, said: “With the current challenging situation faced by industries across the globe, this acquisition will help us meet our customers’ needs like never before. Since 2006, XDuce has been catering to clients in markets within diverse verticals across the world with software development, system integration and staffing services. The company said that it has been looking to grow its client base within the financial services as a long-term business growth strategy.

According to XDuce, the acquisition of SANS Consulting offers both brands with a huge growth opportunity. Furthermore, the transaction will enable the two companies to make use of their expended service delivery capability and domain expertise.
