Wipro will utilize NVIDIA AI Enterprise software to enhance its existing healthcare solutions in Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare, and Medicaid. The goal is to improve member experience, boost enrolment, and support efficient claims adjudication. The integration of NVIDIA’s large language models (LLMs) promises to elevate productivity, provide deeper member intelligence, and improve operational efficiencies, paving the way for advanced healthcare solutions.

Utilizing NVIDIA’s AI Platform for Generative AI
The collaboration will leverage the NVIDIA AI platform, including tools like NVIDIA NeMo and Riva, and the NVIDIA DGX platform. Wipro’s integration of these technologies within its Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) framework will enable the co-development and deployment of custom models for speech and translation AI.
Wipro’s Commitment to Healthcare AI Solutions
Wipro has already developed multiple AI-first enterprise offerings in the healthcare industry using NVIDIA’s AI platform. These include solutions for billing and enrolment, provider and member services, and claims processing, all harnessing gen AI capabilities.

Wipro plans to continue developing NVIDIA-powered solutions, focusing on automating software development and accelerating digital transformation. An AI Center of Excellence with NVIDIA will provide extensive training to Wipro engineers, speeding up the development of custom solutions in areas like generative AI, the metaverse, conversational AI, and data analytics.
