Vikas Ecotech Limited has proudly announced receiving orders worth approximately INR 225 Million for its specialty polymer compounds. This substantial order inflow, to be serviced within the next 30-45 days, latest by February 15, 2023, represents a significant boost for the company.

With these orders, Vikas Ecotech is set to achieve nearly INR 1000 Million in revenue contribution from its Specialty Polymer Compounds business vertical in the current fiscal year. Looking ahead, the company is strategically positioning itself to capitalize on the upcoming seasonal exports period from January to March 2024, eyeing further order inflow.

In line with its expansion strategy, Vikas Ecotech has recently completed a significant acquisition, purchasing 100% equity of a Plasticizer Manufacturing Business valued at an enterprise value of approximately INR 270 Million. This all-cash deal is a pivotal step in the company’s growth trajectory, poised to contribute an additional revenue of about INR 2000+ Million per annum in its first year. Plans are underway to further enhance the production capacity at the newly acquired plant, setting the stage for even greater revenue growth in the future.
