This announcement marks the beginning of the acquisition process for Oklo Inc., setting the stage for a potential long-term power purchase agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency Energy. If awarded, Oklo will obtain a license for its cutting-edge power plant from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Following this, the company will construct and operate the power plant, delivering both electricity and steam to the Eielson Air Force Base.
