UK’s Qualitest acquires Hyderabad-based software testing firm ZenQ

AI-powered quality engineering company Qualitest has acquired India-based software testing company ZenQ for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2003, ZenQ has facilities in Hyderabad and employs more than 600 engineers, who provide software testing services for various industry verticals including healthcare, BFSI, education, and retail.

The deal is expected to enable UK-based Qualitest to strengthen its geographical footprint in India and also enhance its NextGen capabilities in Phygital, Analytics, Blockchain, and DevOps with the acquisition.

The deal is also expected to allow ZenQ’s clients to benefit from the technologically advanced quality engineering solutions offered by Qualitest.
