TVS Motor launches TVS Raider SmartXonnect TFT variant

TVS Motor Company, an Indian multinational manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers, has launched a new TVS Raider SmartXonnect TFT, a variant of TVS Raider.

TVS Raider SmartXonnect TFT is said to be the first motorcycle ever to be introduced in the metaverse on TVS Motor’s metaverse platform, TVS Motoverse.

The new motorcycle offers a range of features such as TVS SmartXonnect with voice assist, 5-inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, ride reports, multiple ride modes, call handling, and notification management.

The two-wheeler features advanced 3V engine, 5-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, low friction front suspension and split seat, 5-speed gearbox, and 17” alloy chunky wide tyres.

“This variant adds to the motorcycle’s charm with a lot more first-in-class connected features including a TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist and more.

“With this update, TVS Raider will continue its wicked ride as the preferred choice of GenZ.”

TVS Raider SmartXonnect TFT also features under-seat storage, a side stand indicator with an engine inhibitor, a helmet reminder, and a USB charger.

TVS Raider comes with an advanced 124.8 cc air and oil-cooled 3V engine with a maximum power of 8.37 kW @ 7,500 rpm and torque of 11.2 Nm @ 6,000 rpm.

The TVS Raider SmartXonnect TFT motorcycle is said to have an acceleration of 0-60 km/h in 5.9 sec and top speed of 99 km/h.
