TTG Imaging Solutions acquires diagnostic imaging firm Digirad Health
TTG Imaging Solutions has acquired Digirad Health, a Suwanee, Georgia-based provider of solid-state nuclear imaging and diagnostic services, from Star Equity Holdings for an undisclosed price.
Operating as a diagnostic imaging turnkey business, Digirad Health acts as an OEM and service provider for a collection of mobile and fixed solid-state nuclear medical cameras.
Digirad Health has offered solutions to hospitals as well as outpatient service providers for over two decades.

TTG Imaging Solutions said that the acquisition of Digirad Health is the latest in the expansion of its presence across the US, with a particular focus on the West Coast.
It also adds to the depth and expertise which allow TTG Imaging Solutions to offer a unique solution to a broad range of health care providers.
It also boosts TTG Imaging Solutions’ commitment to providing a complete spectrum of service solutions in the cardiology and radiation oncology markets.
Digirad Health will increase the size of TTG Imaging Solutions’ field service staff across the US to more than 80 employees.
