TricorBraun wraps up acquisition of Cormack Packaging
TricorBraun has wrapped up its previously announced acquisition of Cormack Packaging, a packaging supplier in Australia and New Zealand.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TricorBraun said that the acquisition of Cormack Packaging grows its global footprint while establishing its presence in the region.
The deal was announced by the US rigid packaging solutions provider last month.

Cormack Packaging has been catering to customers with rigid packaging requirements for over eight decades. The company mainly works with the food and beverage, personal care, industrial, pharmaceutical, and household cleaning industries.
The company will now operate as Cormack Packaging, a TricorBraun company.
