Tech Mahindra, a prominent digital transformation and consulting services provider, has been chosen by Qatari telecommunications company Ooredoo Group to spearhead its digital transformation using Google Cloud technologies. This monumental collaboration aims to revolutionize Ooredoo’s IT operations across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, with a focus on enhancing performance and value generation.
The strategic partnership will utilize Google Cloud’s API Management Platform, Apigee, enabling Ooredoo to fast-track its digital shift and enrich the customer experience. Tech Mahindra’s expertise will be pivotal in deploying the transformation across Ooredoo’s Operating Companies (OpCos). Furthermore, this synergy is set to leverage Apigee’s capabilities to foster innovation and expand Ooredoo’s revenue avenues.
