Tech Mahindra, Red Hat to help CSPs deliver 5G Core on hybrid and multi cloud

Tech Mahindra has entered into a partnership with Red Hat to enable communications service providers (CSPs) in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration.

The partnership will offer tailored solutions to assist telcos to migrate essential 5G networks and multi-access edge computing (MEC) tasks to the hybrid cloud by using Red Hat OpenShift Service on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and, which is Tech Mahindra’s hyper-automation platform.

The offering is said to come with the full range of services and products by using a variety of platforms to implement a multi-vendor, distributed 5G Core, edge, and multi-access edge computing solution in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment. This will further increase the speed of adoption of 5G use cases for communications service providers, said Tech Mahindra.
