Tech Mahindra has announced a partnership with tech giant Microsoft to harness the power of generative artificial intelligence (AI) to transform enterprise search capabilities, offering a unique multi-modal, multi-channel search experience for businesses.

This new offering, named Generative AI-Powered Enterprise Knowledge Search, falls under Tech Mahindra’s TechM amplifAI0->∞ suite of AI solutions. It aims to improve organizational effectiveness and personalization by utilizing generative AI to leverage the full potential of enterprise data.

The integration brings together Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Language Understanding.
