Tata Motors incorporates fully-owned subsidiary TML CV Mobility Solutions
Tata Motors Limited, an automotive manufacturing company, has incorporated a fully-owned subsidiary called TML CV Mobility Solutions Limited.
TML CV Mobility Solutions will be engaged in providing end to end services of operating, repair, and maintenance, which include annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and fleet management services (FMS) for the automotive including electric mobility/electric vehicles, electric buses, Fuel Cell buses, and all types of commercial vehicles.
According to Tata Motors Limited, the authorized share capital of TML CV Mobility Solutions is Rs 5,00,000.

None of the promoter group or group companies of Tata Motors have any interest in TML CV Mobility Solutions.
