Tata Elxsi, an Indian design and technology services company, has launched a digital health platform called TEngage, which is designed to help hospitals and healthcare providers deliver omnichannel care.
The launch of TEngage was made by the Tata Group company at the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, Florida.
According to Tata Elxsi, the new digital health platform enables healthcare providers and hospitals to offer a unified patient experience throughout all channels and deliver healthcare irrespective of time and place.
The cloud-based TEngage is said to be 100% customizable. It allows hospitals in implementing modules with just the necessary features, and keeping the costs of deployment and operations in check.
The HIPAA compliant platform is said to support a range of third-party tools and can be integrated seamlessly with the existing IT infrastructure of organizations.
