Tata Consultancy Services announces expansion with new delivery center in Londrina, Brazil
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has unveiled plans for a new delivery center in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, which is set to generate over 1,600 job opportunities within the next five years. This expansion not only bolsters TCS’s commitment to the region but also promises significant economic contributions and technological advancements.
Since establishing a presence in Londrina in 2018, TCS has grown its local workforce to approximately 1,700 employees. The new centralized campus is expected to consolidate these professionals under one roof, creating a dynamic hub for collaboration and innovation. The facility will focus on areas critical to business transformation, such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Business Operations, and other IT services, catering to both Brazilian and global clients.
Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior, the Governor of Paraná, emphasized the strategic importance of this expansion during his visit to the Tata Experience Center in Mumbai, stating, “This announcement by TCS is so important to us because it involves a strategic area for the development of our state. I have come to India to learn more about the capabilities that the country has built in many areas, especially in digital technologies, where India is a global leader, and leveraging experiences from here we can deepen digitization of various services and products for the Brazilian economy.”
