Ringmetall (HP3A) agrees to acquire US packaging company Rapak as fourth deal tests integration capacity
Germany's Ringmetall has agreed to acquire Rapak, a United States manufacturer of bag-in-box packaging and filling equipment, extending its acquisition-led expansion into North America. The target generates approximately $20 million in annual sales, but the undisclosed purchase price and rapid pace of acquisitions leave the financial returns dependent on integration.
