Lapmaster Wolters has brought in The Cynosure Group and Fernweh Group as minority investors to expand precision manufacturing technology, product development and global services. The deal comes as artificial intelligence infrastructure, advanced semiconductor packaging and silicon carbide processing create new demand for highly specialised industrial equipment, although the investment value and ownership terms remain undisclosed.
