Ondas Inc. has raised its 2026 revenue target to at least $525 million after closing the $875.8 million DZYNE Technologies acquisition and folding it into a new Ondas Sentinel defence division, but the shares have fallen from a June 2026 high near $9.40 into the mid-$6 range as investors work through a 40 million-share resale registration, a further 45 million shares of deferred consideration due in January 2027 and the integration burden of an unusually acquisition-heavy growth model. The next measurable checkpoint is the second-quarter 2026 earnings report expected in mid-August.
