Clorox (CLX) names Fabian Garcia CEO as GOJO integration, $5bn debt load and inflation reshape the next chapter
The Clorox Company has chosen Unilever executive and former Revlon chief Fabian Garcia to succeed Linda Rendle on January 5, 2027, completing a leadership search begun after Rendle decided to step down for health reasons. Garcia will inherit a company reporting sharply higher first-quarter sales and earnings, but much of the apparent growth reflects acquisition effects and the reversal of last year’s ERP-related inventory disruption, leaving sustainable organic growth, margins and debt reduction as the harder tests.
