NEXTDC Limited is targeting another step-change in earnings as 565MW of contracted capacity begins converting into billable data-centre demand. The growth is unusually visible, but delivering it will require as much as A$5.75 billion of FY27 capital expenditure, making construction execution and funding efficiency increasingly important.
