X-energy advances Xe-100 nuclear reactor at Dow’s Texas plant after NRC completes safety review
X-energy has completed a major regulatory review for its proposed four-reactor nuclear power project at Dow's Seadrift chemical manufacturing complex in Texas. The milestone advances the first planned commercial deployment of its Xe-100 technology, but construction authorisation, project financing and an early-2030s operating timetable remain important tests.
