Siem Offshore’s Siem Barracuda contract extension for Hywind Tampen project
Siem Offshore said that it has bagged a seven-month firm contract from Equinor for the Siem Barracuda offshore subsea construction vessel (OSCV) to be deployed for the Hywind Tampen project.
Hywind Tampen project is an 88MW floating wind farm to be built in the Norwegian North Sea.
Siem Offshore is an offshore and subsea shipping company with offices in Norway.

According to Siem Offshore, the Siem Barracuda offshore subsea construction vessel has operated recently primarily within the offshore wind segment around the world.
