Shraddha Prime Projects partners with Himgiri Society for Mumbai high-rise development

Shraddha Prime Projects Limited has officially announced a strategic partnership with Himgiri Co-operative Housing Society Limited (“Himgiri Society”) to undertake a redevelopment project in Mulund West, Mumbai. The project, located in Veena Nagar – Phase 2, Mulund West, is set to transform the Mumbai skyline with a new multi-storied high-rise tower.

The redevelopment initiative spans an acre of land, equivalent to 4,022 square meters, where the planned high-rise tower will stand as a testament to modern design and sustainability. Demonstrating its commitment to the project, Shraddha Prime has already contributed Rs. 2,60,15,100 towards stamp duty for the Development Agreement’s registration.
