The New York Police Department received a distressing 911 call early Sunday, reporting a homicidal rampage at a residence on Beach 22nd Street. Two officers responded to the scene, encountering Gordon, who was reportedly leaving the house with luggage.

Violent Confrontation with the Suspect

The situation escalated when Gordon, armed with a knife, attacked the officers. Reports indicate that one officer was stabbed in the neck and chest, while another suffered head injuries. Upon arrival, law enforcement found an 11-year-old girl at the front of the residence, who later succumbed to her injuries. Inside the house, the bodies of a 12-year-old boy, a 44-year-old woman, and a male in his 30s were discovered.
