Secmark Consultancy takes 20% stake in Trakiot Solutions Private Limited

Secmark Consultancy has closed the previously announced acquisition of a 20% stake in Trakiot Solutions Private Limited for INR 25 lakhs.

The all-cash deal was announced earlier this week by the business management consulting services provider.

Secmark Consultancy stated: “In furtherance to our intimation dated February 23,2022 with respect to acquisition of 2500 Equity shares of Trakiot Solutions Private Limited (‘Trakiot”), we would like to inform that the Company has completed acquisition of 2500 Equity Shares of Trakiot on February 25, 2022.”

The company acquired the equity shares of Trakiot Solutions having a face value of INR 10 each at a premium of INR 990.

Trakiot Solutions, which is based in Pune, is engaged in software designing, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing, IT enabled services, and computer and mobile software and solutions.

On the other hand, Secmark Consultancy is engaged in providing software and technology products and services.
