Houston-based Saber Power Services, a fully integrated electrical power system services firm, has acquired Bath Group, an engineering and consulting firm based in Corpus Christi, Texas.

This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in Saber Power Services’ growth and diversification strategies, fortifying its market leadership while doubling its engineering capacity.

Established in 1957, Bath Group has become a reliable partner for clients needing electrical, mechanical, instrumentation/control, and commissioning engineering services. By merging with Bath Group, Saber Power Services immediately extends its presence in the Texas Coastal Bend area and adds engineering coverage to untapped markets, such as El Paso, Tulsa, and Albuquerque.
