Route Mobile appoints Shefali Sharma as CEO of Call 2 Connect India

Route Mobile said that it has promoted Shefali Sharma with immediate effect as the CEO of its fully-owned subsidiary — Call 2 Connect India, an information technology enabled services (ITES) and BPO company.

Apart from that, the Indian cloud communication platform service provider has appointed Ramachandran Sivathanu as the chief operating officer of the subsidiary.

Shefali Sharma is said to have more than 26 years of experience. She had largely worked in the ITeS sector, and was associated in the past with Omnia, Spanco, Spice, and other companies.

According to Route Mobile, she has been an integral part of the firm since 2012, having been in various key leadership roles. As CEO of Call2Connect, she will be responsible for driving innovation, fostering talent, and expanding the business at Call2Connect.

Ramachandran Sivathanu, on the other hand, was in the past on Route Mobile’s board. He is said to have in-depth telecommunications expertise and has worked with firms such as Loop Telecom Private Limited, RPG Cellular Services Limited, Meridian Mobile Private Limited, and Red Bottle Telecommunications Consultancy Private Limited.
