Right Time acquires Ontario-based Climate Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Right Time Group of Companies, a Canadian heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) contractor, has acquired Climate Air Heating & Air Conditioning for an undisclosed price.

Established in 2002, Climate Air Heating & Air Conditioning caters to homeowners in the City of Barrie in Ontario and neighboring areas with residential heating, cooling, hot water, and air quality services.

The company’s management and workforce will join the team of Right Time Group of Companies.

Climate Air Heating & Air Conditioning marks the 11th acquisition for Right Time Group of Companies, which said that it is continuously pursuing new residential HVAC and home services locations to its current network in Canada. The company has operations across 17 locations in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Alberta, and has a workforce of more than 700 employees.
