RattanIndia backed Revolt reports Rs50 crore worth bookings for RV400 electric motorcycle

RattanIndia Enterprises claimed that its subsidiary Revolt Motors, a next gen-mobility company, has closed new bookings of its RV400 electric motorcycle in less than two hours on the latter’s website.

Revolt Motors is said to have sold INR 50 crores worth of RV400s during the flash sale to buyers from Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.

RattanIndia Enterprises said that the booked motorcycles will be delivered starting from September 2021.

Due to the demand seen for the RV400 electric motorcycle, Revolt Motors will reopen its bookings shortly.

RattanIndia Enterprises stated: “With reduction in the price of electric motorcycle after FAME II incentive revision and the Delhi government incentive on electric vehicles, the bike is currently priced at less than INR 1 lakh in the national capital. Revolt motorcycles have been an instant hit with the customers.

“Revolters across the cities have clocked over 2,00,00,000 kilometres so far. Revolt is also looking to expand the distributor and service network across 35 cities in India.”
