Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (PPFL), an Indian piping and multi polymer manufacturer, has launched the Prince OneFit with in partnership with US-based CPVC compounds manufacturer .

According to Prince Pipes and Fittings, Corzan CPVC Technology has been adopted globally as the preferred high-performance piping technology across various industrial applications.

Supported by Lubrizol Advanced Materials’ vast experience with chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), Corzan CPVC Technology is said to transport harsh chemicals at high temperatures without concerns about corrosion, which is common with the toughest processing applications.

“Lubrizol has made major investments into manufacturing of Lubrizol’s leading CPVC resins and compounds in India for India. Corzan CPVC Technology helps engineers create smarter by enabling longer lasting, sustainable plant designs and reducing the effect of corrosion and associated costs.”

Prince Pipes and Fittings said that it will offer CPVC industrial piping systems and technology to Indian industries across chemical, power generation, mineral processing industry, paper and pulp, metal treatment, and water treatment plants.

The company in August 2020 had launched Prince FlowGuard Plus in partnership with Lubrizol.

Prince Pipes and Fittings claims to be the first manufacturer in India to provide three polymer solutions — Easyfit IN PVC, Greenfit PPR, and now Onefit CPVC piping systems for industrial applications.
