PLP acquires plastic products and wiring material provider HOLPLAST

Preformed Line Products Company (PLP), a US-based precision-engineered solutions provider, has acquired HOLPLAST, based in , for an undisclosed price.

Headquartered in Prostějo, HOLPLAST supplies and wiring material to the Czech and European markets for more than two decades.

HOLPLAST is engaged in manufacturing components such as small plastic products, accumulator battery plugs, instrument terminal boards, and manual assemblies for the automotive industry.
