Petrofac wins integrated services provider contract from Anasuria Operating
Petrofac said that it has bagged a five-year integrated services provider (ISP) contract from UK-based oil and gas firm Anasuria Operating Company (AOC).
The oilfield services provider will be responsible for arranging onshore and offshore personnel and providing a variety of technical support services.
The contract, which begins in June, has an option to extend.
Previously, Petrofac had given outsourced support for the Anasuria floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) and has been a duty holder since 2016 for AOC when the vessel was divested from Shell.

As part of the deal, Petrofac will transfer the duty Holder role to Anasuria Operating Company, while the majority of the offshore personnel will continue to be provided by the former.
