The health and income protection plan offers a range of services, including unlimited doctor teleconsultations, in-person doctor visits (OPD) within its partner network, and income protection cover. The income protection covers business interruptions due to accidents, natural calamities like floods and fires, or strikes. The doctor teleconsultation service is powered by MediBuddy, which provides additional benefits such as discounts at leading pharmacies and on diagnostic tests.

The claim process for Paytm Health Saathi is streamlined and can be completed within the app with just a few clicks. This ensures that merchant partners can focus on their business without worrying about lengthy administrative procedures.
