Noodles & Company has added a couple of Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes to its menu in the form of Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa and Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream.
According to the US fast-casual restaurant chain, the Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes has half the carbs of traditional pasta, and are gluten-sensitive. They are said to contain a whole serving of veggies to give a light and flavorful meal.
Noodles & Company said that the Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes are made-to-order with spinach, zucchini, mushrooms and other nutrient-rich ingredients with one of two sauces – Rosa and Roasted Garlic Cream.
Nick Graff – executive chef and vice president of culinary at Noodles & Company said: “Following two years of testing and refining our artisanal Cauliflower Gnocchi recipe, I am thrilled to offer our guests these satisfying and healthy dishes that they can only get at Noodles.
“Gnocchi is a classic Italian pasta that I have long enjoyed, and we’ve elevated it from a dish that most people view as an occasional indulgence and transformed it into a healthy and flavorful option that our guests will feel good about eating any day.”
