US insurance brokerage and consulting firm NFP has acquired Hutch Hubby & Associates, an employee benefits firm based in Austin, Texas.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Hutch Hubby & Associates marks NFP’s third acquisition in central Texas this year.

We’re honored and excited to add Hutch to the team and continue to expand our footprint in central Texas.”
L. Hutch Hubby, the principal of Hutch Hubby & Associates, has joined NFP as vice president, and will report to Kevin Brown.
