Moss, a leading privately held US-based construction firm, has been chosen to build a luxury 201-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. This project marks the inaugural vertical development within the meticulously designed Nora District, a collaborative venture among New York-based BD Hotels, NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital. With an estimated completion date in spring 2026, the construction is set to commence this summer.

The 5-story, 203,214-square-foot hotel will be situated on North Railroad Avenue, serving as a cornerstone for 150,000 square feet of highly curated commercial, restaurant, retail, office, and wellness spaces. This development is designed to fuse a walkable streetscape with a vibrant public realm, elevating the downtown West Palm Beach area’s appeal. The hotel’s design and amenities aim to blend luxury with accessibility, featuring a rooftop pool deck outfitted with a restaurant, two bars, a lounge area, and poolside cabanas. Additional facilities include a state-of-the-art spa and gym, as well as a welcoming living room, restaurant, lobby bar, and an outdoor garden on the ground level.
