McCain Manufacturing engages in quick-install COVID-19 containment walls

US modular walls manufacturer McCain Manufacturing said that it is now using all its manufacturing capabilities to quickly build and distribute COVID-19 containment walls across the country.

Made with an antimicrobial coating, the coronavirus containment walls are being manufactured around the clock at its headquarters in Vista, California, said McCain Manufacturing.

Jeffrey L. McCain – founder of McCain Manufacturing said: “We are committing all our available manufacturing resources to help tackle one of the world’s most immediate needs, which is containment.

“Helping those on the front lines — like health care providers and first responders serving at our nation’s many ports of entry —  in their efforts to contain this dangerous virus is our priority.”

According to McCain Manufacturing, the dust-free coronavirus containment walls can be created within minutes, installed within hours, and are easy to disinfect without having to jeopardize the integrity of the surface. The modular walls manufacturer claims that it takes two installers 30 minutes to build an 8-foot-wide by 16-foot-long containment room.

In the past, the modular walls manufacturer provided wall systems for healthcare facilities that include the VA San Diego Healthcare System at the University of California San Diego and Johns Hopkins Medicine, airports such as Los Angeles International and San Diego International, and various corporate offices across the US.
