Indian private sector bank Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMBL) said that it has launched a comprehensive digital platform called Kotak Fyn, designed particularly for corporate banking and business banking customers.
The new integrated portal can provide Kotak Mahindra Bank’s customers with holistic digital banking as well as value-added services for all products, which include trading and services, accounts services, payments, and collections.
Kotak Fyn’s unified platform is said to minimize the complexity and friction for users. It eliminates the requirement for multiple logins as well as disparate customer interfaces. This makes transactions for services and trading seamless and easy for customers, said Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The Kotak Fyn portal ensures paper-free transactions, and also the ability to integrate data across different back-office and product-specific portals as well as systems to provide one view of all the balances, positions, and transactions which allows self-service as well as increasing efficiency in operations.
The data is displayed using dashboards based on personas, featuring informative widgets as well as the ability to customize the user experience.

Last year, the Indian private sector bank forged a partnership with Finastra to support the Kotak FYN corporate banking portal by using the latter’s Unified Corporate Portal solution.
