The upcoming Spotsylvania County resort is designed to offer an expansive array of features. Visitors can expect 907 guest rooms and suites, a sprawling 175,000-square-foot indoor waterpark, ten acres of seasonal outdoor pools, and a 90,000-square-foot Tom Foolerys Adventure Park. Additionally, it boasts 12 on-site food & beverage outlets, promising both buffet choices and signature dining experiences.

Berkeley Supervisor Kevin Marshall emphasized the resort’s benefits, saying, “This is a direct investment in Spotsylvania that will create over 1,400 full- and part-time permanent positions and stimulate economic growth…”
