July sales for Hero MotoCorp reach 3.91 lakhs despite weather challenges

Hero MotoCorp, recognized as the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, sold a total of 3,91,310 units in July 2023. The sales figure reflects the challenges faced in certain parts of the country due to severe weather conditions, including unprecedented rains and floods. These natural events led to a sharp decline in customer visits to dealerships, with floodwaters causing extensive crop damage in several states.

In spite of the weather-induced slump, Hero MotoCorp expects an uptick in market demand in the coming months. This optimism is fueled by new product launches planned for the festive season, along with attractive financing schemes.
