Inszone Insurance Services acquires IB&C Insurance Services
Inszone Insurance Services, a US-based provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, has acquired IB&C Insurance Services.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the insurance brokerage firm based in California.
Since its founding in 1988 by Alan Gerbaud, IB&C Insurance Services has been providing insurance services to Central California and Grass Valley.
Following the acquisition, employees of IB&C Insurance Services will continue to be based out of their existing location and will cater to clients under Inszone Insurance Services without any interruptions.

The acquisition of IB&C Insurance Services is the 25th for Inszone Insurance Services on the west coast.
The insurance brokerage firm said that it intends to continue to widen its national footprint with various key transactions to be closed and announced in the coming months.
