Infosys has been roped in by Posten Norge, a Nordic postal and logistics group, for digitally transforming its IT service management function.

With the partnership, Infosys will set up an IT service desk and adapt the IT processes of Posten Norge for modern software delivery techniques.

The digital transformation of the Norwegian postal service will also require the implementation of an IT service management platform from ServiceNow.

Infosys will speed up the ServiceNow platform implementation and generate ongoing strategic value out of the investments through the use of Enterprise Service Management Cafe, an artificial intelligence (AI) powered ready-to-use solution that is part of Infosys Cobalt.
